Online coaching benefits-

Online coaching platform- Workout in your own time-. If you are on a busy schedule and cannot make it to the gym every day, working out from home with pre-recorded videos sent to you from me will save you a lot of time.

It can be done in your choice of location-. If you’re somebody with an unpredictable schedule or a job that often involves working away, being able to train in any location offers the reassurance that no matter where you are you have access to guided exercise.

24 hour support-. Online personal training advantages can also be found in the way in which you and me communicate. During your off hours, you’ll be able to communicate with me through texts and calls. 

This is a great benefit to have, as it is sometimes easy to feel lost or overwhelmed when pursuing a fitness goal. For example, if you feel that you are not advancing in a specific area in ways that you would hope, you’ll be able to contact your online PT whenever these feelings arise to get some informational feedback.

Communication- Allows me and my clients to communicate 1-1 online and build a relationship with each other, establishing trust, and facilitating successful outcomes.

Flexibility- Allows me and my clients to set schedules, making it easier to fit workout into their busy lives. This means clients can choose to train at any time that suits them, whether early morning or late at night, without being restricted to gym opening hours. 

Accountability- Allows me to be always they're when my clients need prompting for motivation, also for clients too for when they feel accountable for someone, there more likely to stay committed to  there fitness goals. I will always be there to remind them of there goals and why they are wanting to achieve them, i encourage my clients when they are feeling discouraged and celebrate their success with them.

Affordability- I create your workout plans that are specific with your goals and your likes/preferences, your meal plans if wanted designed again with your preferences, weekly check ins which consist of progress checking, self reflection, how my clients are feeling mentally and physically,  and more. Every 4 week we will have an in depth check in which consist of goals for the month ahead, setting challenges, full progress check in etc. You will also have 24 hour support whether that's emailing me, calling me or messaging me, its easy to feel overwhelmed or lost when starting a fitness goal this way you can get in contact with me on any day and time and i can support and encourage you with your fitness goals. It also comes with a free consultation where we get to know each other more and we discuss your goals and desires and if theirs any barriers in perusing your fitness goals we can work through them together. In the consultation we also discuss goal setting which includes what exactly you want from me, whether that's weight loss, toning, weight gain, muscle gain or overall more healthy in general, with a time frame when you want to achieve this goal by.
